hand mixer
here's a shot of this guy messing around with this thing at a recording studio in leeds. and before you think that sounds like a pretty good job, i think the song he was mixing here was a questionable cover of when you say nothing at all. i must have heard it at least a dozen times when i was taking pictures so spare a thought for the producer and engineers.
